This place is situated right in the heart of town, making it easy to explore the surrounding area on foot. You can enjoy views of the nearby river just a short walk away, and there are plenty of dining options close by, including a restaurant within the hotel.

The breakfast is served in the restaurant! The room is well priced. It has marvellous and stunning location to see Fawcett Park.

Really noisy area.

I scored a room at a good price that came with a cool balcony 🌞. The spot was awesome, right by the Point restaurant.

Incredible very central location adjacent to shops and eating venues, the adjoining restaurant and the main shopping area. Supper friendly staff members on the reception desk, everything was first-class. Our rooms were reasonably large with a balcony and fresh towels, for example.

The building and rooms are very well maintained, with a great view. The employees at the reception desk are accommodating. The hotel has an incredible location, within a short walking distance to dining options and restaurants, as well as popular Byron Bay.

Great service available here and a pool you can enjoy with warm water. The staff is awesome and offer free wake-up calls and help with ironing. The vibe by the riverside is something special! 🌊

The location was stunning, at a medium distance from Kingsford-Smith Park. I was there for 2 nights and ate at in-house restaurant for dinner and for breakfast.

This hotel really exceeded my expectations. the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. Secondly, the attention to detail in the rooms was impressive. The beds were extremely comfortable and the rooms were equipped with everything I needed, including fresh towels and a reliable air conditioning system. Lastly, the location of the hotel was perfect. Situated in the heart of Ballina, everything I needed was within walking distance. I particularly enjoyed the riverside view from my room, it added a calming touch to my stay.

All in all, my experience at this hotel was fantastic and there was really nothing negative to mention.

Its location and setting besides the river in a quiet part of town. Comfortable room and hotel has good facilities.

Brilliant pool, parking onsite. The rooms with the bedroom, spa bath. Fantastic food, well priced. Easy check-in and late check-out, pleasant staff. Great location to Saunders Oval...

Really bad views.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel located on the river outside. The hotel staff was exceptional, very polite, friendly, and extremely helpful. The spacious room had a beautiful view of the river, which made our stay very relaxing. The hotel's location was close to the centre of town and Byron Bay, and the transportation was easily accessible. The cleanliness of the hotel was scrupulous, and the breakfast had a wide selection of options to choose from.

The Ramada offered a little luxury. Comfortable bed and lovely shower.

Arrived from a cold place and asked for a room with a little sunshine, was given room with no sunshine. When we booked the room on Booking .com we booked a Double room with Jacuzzi, our room did not have a jacuzzi.
